Rea Eang

Rea Eang

Rea Eang was born in Lowell, Massachusetts but grew up in Jacksonville, Florida. She first fell in love with fitness in a weight lifting class at 12 years old. At 18 years old, Rea began modeling which challenged her to work even harder. Rea began working out with different trainers, taking different fitness classes, including yoga, pilates, and ballet. From this, her love for health and fitness grew even more which led her to obtain her certification in personal training through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. She is passionate about helping others achieve their goals and encouraging a healthy body, mind, and lifestyle.

 

Farrice Cain

Farrice Cain

Farrice Cain was born and raised in Chicago, Illinois, and relocated to Los Angeles in the beginning of 2017. He has been a licensed personal trainer since 2008 and has helped many people transform and reach their goals, be it weight loss, body fat reduction, strength training, or improved quality of life through corrective exercise training. Early 2012, Farrice tore his ACL and had to get major surgery, putting him out of commission for over 6 months. However, he overcame adversity and came back better and stronger. His own fitness journey has helped him realize his passion for helping people achieve greatness within themselves through health and fitness. He believes overall fitness is more than just working out and nutrition, it’s also a very personal mental journey that he loves guiding his clients through. His goal is to make true differences in people’s lives and leave a lasting impact that is long term. Farrice is certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine with specializations as a NASM Corrective Exercise Specialist and NASM Performance Exercise Specialist. He is also a Level 1 Precision Nutrition Coach.

 

Nicholas Murphy

Nick was born in Baton Rouge, Louisiana and raised in Houston, Texas. After graduating college with a degree in kinesiology he moved to California. Once in California he found a new passion for fitness through teaching fun energetic group classes and personalized private training. Nick has a wide range of exercise specialties ranging from competitive kettlebell lifting to dynamic yoga movements while at the same time paying respects to the classic strength and plyometric training. Nick aims to inspire, educate, motivate and support my clients on achieving their ideal healthy lifestyle through realistic goals, healthy diet and a little sweat.

 

Acusio Bivona

Acusio was born in Denver, Colorado, but was raised in beautiful Launa Niguel, California. From the age of 9, Acusio played football and stuck with it all the way through high school and college. After starting at quarterback at Hamilton High School for two seasons, he was recruited by Division III Concordia University Chicago to play the game he loved. After 3 seasons, he decided to hang up the cleats and focus on his path towards personal training. He graduated from Concordia with a Bachelor of Arts in Exercise Science & Fitness Management in just 3 ½ years and became a Certified Personal Trainer by the National Strength and Conditioning Association in the meantime. From his time as an athlete and in school, Acusio has been exposed to and learned a wide variety of ways to make his clients achieve their fitness goals and then some. Acusio specializes in weight loss and body sculpting, increasing muscle strength and size, and enhancing athletic performance & conditioning.
